During the 2009 e-conf we touched on the internal changes, the personal paradigm shift, that many are suggesting are critical for true change to occur. I was reminded of a book review on this topic from 2007 panelist David Rome. Senior Fellow at Garrison Institute in upstate New York, David works with contemplative facilitation. Take a gander if you’re inclined: “The Deeper Dimensions of Transformational Change: A Call to Collective Inquiry and Action,” at http://www.pegasuscom.com/presencereview.html.
